Resonant Realities Logo [2025]

This logo was created for a fictional client consisting of a collective of acclaimed atmospheric EDM artists, each known for their immersive productions that weave ambient soundscapes with electronic textures.

To capture the essence of this theoretical virtual space, I designed this logo using imagery descriptive of the “resonant” and “digital” themes of the fictional clients’ music. For example, the “R” in resonance takes the form of a tuning fork, sending a resounding sine waveform throughout the entire graphic. Additionally, I created an audio-reactive background for the header that simulates sonic waves reverberating through crystal walls, touching on the artists’ musical motifs and symbolically representing the resilience of their online community in the face of global catastrophe.

Fairville Comic Expo Logo  [2024]

This logo was created for an LMU student film titled Meadowhawk. The logo was used as a part of the production design for the comedy short, helping to set the scene of a retro-style comic convention. 

For this project, I was inspired by the classic style of the Golden Age of Comic Books, using old prints from DC and Marvel as reference. It incorporates the vintage printing methods of these iconic covers through the incorporation of a bright primary color scheme and a half-tone dot texture, along with the familiar extended blocky text and metallic sheen. I attempted to capture the larger-than-life qualities of textbook superheroes through dramatic posing and the dynamic motion of the flowing cape.
LMU Rebrand Experimental Logos [2022]

I created these experimental logos as a rebrand project for my Visual Design course, aiming to combine characteristics of LMU’s identity which I broke down into 4 main keywords: academic, Jesuit, Los Angeles, and community.

This project was especially refreshing to work on as the goal was to create wholly experimental designs, allowing me enough creative leeway to combine elements that normally would not appear to function together. While much of my graphic design work is carefully calculated and based on balanced geometry, this rebrand was more loose in form: I collected dozens of images, graphic elements, typefaces, shapes, and colors individually, and combined them in new and unexpected ways.
