ARTIST STATEMENT
My name is Paul Komin and I am a Los Angles-based multimedia artist and designer. My skillset spans a number of digital art disciplines, including 3D modeling and animation, programming, motion graphics, and graphic design. As a passionate creator with an ever-expanding interest in new techniques and digital tools, I am always looking for projects to collaborate on and ways to expand my knowledge of art and design. My education has been honed over twelve years of self-teaching, as well as through the Multimedia Arts BFA program at Loyola Marymount University.
Much of my work is inspired by my dreams, personal experiences, and many beloved pieces of media including comics & manga, animated films & TV shows, videogames, and internet culture.
